Fit Body Boot Camp Boise

I have been a member of Fit Body Boise since opening day, and can’t say enough good things about the facilities and workout program. The coaches are phenomenal, and really care about each person. Modifications are offered when asked for to keep each workout challenging but doable. Classes are just the right mix of cardio and strength. Highly recommend!

Fit Body Boot Camp has been life changing! The quick, yet always challenging 30 minute workout is a great boost to my day. The coaches are so welcoming and helpful. So glad that they opened!

I am SO glad I started doing this. i’ve never been a work out kind of person, and when this place opened I thought I would give it a try. The workouts go fast- only 30 minutes- the trainers in there are so friendly and make sure my form is right when i’m attempting to do the moves, and the best part is they always make me feel welcome and included. Also, the facility is very clean and all the equipment is wiped down every time so it’s really nice in there. i’ve only been going about 5 weeks and I already feel stronger than I ever have. I couldn’t recommend this place more!
